Billing Structure
A 1-hour minimum applies to all service appointments. After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments. Remote support is billed only for active work time.
On-Site Service Call Fee
A flat $35 service call fee applies to all on-site visits to cover travel time and vehicle costs. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Service Area
Our standard service area covers locations within 15 miles of Elizabethton, TN. Service outside this area is available with advance approval and an additional fee of $1/mile.
Estimates & Approval
We provide time estimates before work begins whenever possible. No work exceeding the approved scope will be performed without your explicit authorization.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, card, check, and approved electronic payment methods. 3% processing fee is applied for card payments, unfortunately.

Old equipment shouldn't end up in a landfill — and your old data definitely shouldn't end up in the wrong hands. This service is completely free for homes and businesses.
Free Consultation & Assessment

Secure Data Wiping & Drive Destruction
We safely erase and overwrite old hard drives — or physically destroy them — so your old data can never be recovered or exposed.

In the Elizabethton area? We'll come to you. No hauling old equipment across town — just schedule a pick-up and we handle the rest.
Eco-Friendly Disposal
All equipment we can't repair or repurpose is disposed of responsibly, following best practices for both data security and environmental safety.
