I've been tinkering with computers for nearly 20 years and have been in tech professionally for the better part of a decade. I've supported small offices with a single computer and have managed enterprise-level cloud environments. I am passionate about tech and love the challenge of troubleshooting and solving problems. I started AKL Technology Services as a way to help people in need and indulge in my favorite hobby at the same time. Just a true nerd.

Co-Owner & Social Media Manager
I am the voice behind AKL's social media and often the first person a potential client hears from. With a background in social media management and an apprenticeship in IT under my belt, I bridge the gap between the technical and the human side of the business. If you've ever gotten a call or email from AKL, there's a good chance it came from me.
